Vacuum Sintering oven is a vacuum resistance furnace that uses graphite as a heating element to sinter metal compounds, ceramics, inorganic compounds, etc. in vacuum or protective atmosphere. It can also be used for heat treatment of metal materials. Vacuum Sintering oven mainly used for high temperature sintering of metals such as capacitors and tantalum, as well as alloy materials composed of refractory metals, ceramic materials such as silicon carbide and silicon nitride. Vacuum Sintering oven can also be used for high temperature heat treatment of metal materials and crystal materials under high vacuum conditions or degassing treatment of precious metal materials.
