The furnace roof brick adopts a vault, and the furnace roof has a large space, so that the exhaust gas can be discharged smoothly.

4. The furnace lining refractory material is made of high-quality lightweight thermal insulation composite materials to reduce energy consumption and the temperature of the outer surface of the furnace.
5. In order to prevent the exhaust gas from corroding the heating rod, the heating rod is required to be protected by a 95 porcelain tube.
6. The wiring cavity of the high temperature resistance wire rod is sealed with silicon rubber, and the terminal column is made of ceramic insulating column.

The entire power distribution is distributed through the air switch, and the capacity of the air switch is selected according to the power of each part; each temperature zone is controlled by an independent air switch.
2. The temperature control instrument adopts digital display intelligent instrument (Xiamen Yudian). The temperature control instrument is equipped with manual and automatic PID adjustment, which can automatically track and set the PID value, and has sound and light alarms such as temperature compensation, over temperature, and broken coupler. Function.
3. Temperature control method: using thyristor module phase-shift trigger, 0~98% power output can be adjusted. The temperature zone adopts 3-phase control. Xiamen Yudian three-phase trigger is adopted, which is reliable and stable.
4. Heating element: The heating element adopts high temperature resistance wire rod.
5. The panel of the control cabinet is equipped with the main power switch, voltmeter, ammeter, intelligent digital display temperature control instrument, switch, button, indicator light and other corresponding Chinese instruction signs.
