Used for high-temperature graphitization and purification treatment of carbon carbon composite materials, graphite soft felt, graphite hard felt, or high-temperature sintering treatment of other products. High temperature purification furnace is a process that involves high-temperature calcination and directional flow of process gas to remove impurities from the matrix, such as graphite products, graphite soft felt, graphite hard felt, or SiC powder. Through physical diffusion and chemical reactions, impurities are discharged from the matrix, resulting in a low ash content (5ppm) and a metal content reduced to the PPB level, thereby achieving the requirements of graphite quality (or powder raw materials) for semiconductor crystal growth.
