Ceramic Vacuum Brazing oven is a brazing process in which the assembled brazing material is placed in a vacuum furnace for heating. The vacuum brazing furnace includes a pressure vessel with a cylindrical side wall and a door, and the size and position of the door are designed to close one end of the cylindrical side wall. When vacuum brazing, when the true vacuum is 0.133Pa, it only contains 10-6% residual gas, which can prevent the interaction between oxygen, hydrogen, nitrogen and the base metal.

When only a vacuum degree below 0.133Pa is required, only a mechanical pump is sufficient. When higher vacuum levels are required, a diffusion pump is required simultaneously. The commonly used vacuum degree for brazing is between 1.33 * 102~1.33 * 10-3Pa.
