Brazing equipment vacuum furnace is the overall heating of the workpiece, which can accurately control the temperature and heat uniformly, with small deformation of the workpiece. It can brazing difficult to weld high-temperature alloy materials without the use of brazing flux, and has good brazing quality. It is widely used in the welding of important workpieces.
Brazing equipment vacuum furnace consists of a vacuum system and a heating system, and the vacuum system is used to meet the vacuum degree requirements of the vacuum brazing process; The heating system heats and melts the brazing material to complete the brazing process, which is automatically controlled by a temperature controller.
The main working process of brazing equipment vacuum furnace is to first place the assembled workpiece into the vacuum chamber, start the mechanical vacuum pump, and wait for the system to reach a certain degree of vacuum. Then, connect the diffusion pump, draw the vacuum chamber to the required degree of vacuum, and start heating according to the requirements. The vacuum system should be continuously evacuated throughout the entire heating process to maintain the required vacuum level. The heating speed should not be too fast to avoid a sharp decrease in vacuum degree. After the heating process is completed, cooling is carried out, and when the temperature inside the furnace drops to the outlet temperature, the furnace is taken out to complete the brazing work of the parts. After brazing, it is generally allowed to cool to below 1500 ℃ before being discharged from the furnace to avoid oxidation of the workpiece.
